2-3 days. All east coast major Australian cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane etc.) can be reached within this time. Please allow up to 7 days for west coast and remote locations.

We sell parts – simply contact our support and we will arrange for them to be shipped to you. Most of our e-bike parts are easily replaceable by your local bike shop. Contact us to arrange a parts quote here.

Yes. All of our bikes come with 12 months factory warranty, extendable to 18 months. On top of that, the Australian Consumer Law guarantees your rights when it comes to product quality.
